The iron core of Shengte low loss energy-saving transformer features a laminated structure. Leveraging advanced technology and oil-immersed transformer processes, combined with our company's technical expertise, we prioritize product reliability. 1.Low Axial Short-Circuit Force Coil: This structure minimizes the axial short-circuit force, enhancing the transformer's ability to withstand short-circuits.
2. Highly Reliable Supporting Structure: Ensures reliable compression of the upper and lower coil parts, providing strong short-circuit resistance.  
3. Low Magnetic Flux Density Design: Reduces transformer no-load loss and ensures the core magnetic flux remains unsaturated during operation, minimizing third harmonic distortion.
4. 304 Stainless Steel Bolts and Nuts: Enhances the transformer surface's rust resistance.
5. High-Quality Sealing Rubber Rings: By adopting the finest raw materials for sealing rubber in China, we significantly extend the service life of the transformer.

5. Durable and Reliable Oil Tank: The corrugated oil tank is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates on a dedicated production line. Its surface undergoes de-oiling, rust removal, and phosphating before being coated with a three-proof (rainproof, moisture-proof, and salt spray-proof) paint. This treatment enhances operational reliability and durability while reducing maintenance costs.

6.Effective Sealing Rings: The sealing rings are made from high-quality rubber materials, which effectively slow down the aging process, isolate external air, and prevent transformer oil leakage.
