The iron core of Shengte low loss energy-saving transformer features a laminated structure. Leveraging advanced technology and oil-immersed transformer processes, combined with our company's technical expertise, we prioritize product reliability. This results in significant reductions in both no-load loss and no-load current.

Features:

1. The high-voltage and low-voltage winding of oil immersed transformer generally adopt a cylindrical structure, which ensures a balanced distribution of ampere turns.

2. The coil and core are vacuum dried, and the transformer oil is filtered and injected through a vacuum process.

3. The oil tank adopts corrugated plates, which can compensate for the volume change of oil caused by temperature changes.

1. Excellent Heat Dissipation and Structural Integrity: The spiral coil with longitudinal oil ducts offers superior heat dissipation, low magnetic leakage, and high mechanical strength. Additionally, the reliable supporting structure significantly enhances the transformer's ability to withstand short circuits.

5. Durable and Reliable Oil Tank: The corrugated oil tank is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates on a dedicated production line. Its surface undergoes de-oiling, rust removal, and phosphating before being coated with a three-proof (rainproof, moisture-proof, and salt spray-proof) paint. This treatment enhances operational reliability and durability while reducing maintenance costs.
6.Effective Sealing Rings: The sealing rings are made from high-quality rubber materials, which effectively slow down the aging process, isolate external air, and prevent transformer oil leakage.
